Active Member - $90.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No automatically recurring payments Holds a master's degree or higher with emphasis in speech-language pathology, audiology, speech or hearing science, or education of the hearing impaired. Must be a resident of or be employed in Indiana.

Associate Member - $90.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No automatically recurring payments Holds a bachelor's degree with a major emphasis in speech-language pathology, audiology, speech or hearing science, or education of the hearing impaired. Must be a resident of or employed in Indiana. Any person having held previous active membership who no longer lives or is employed in Indiana may transfer to associate membership.

Clinical Fellow / Recent Graduate - FREE - Variable Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No automatically recurring payments A Clinical Fellow either actively completing a fellowship or has completed a fellowship and is awaiting CCCs.

Life Member - $25.00 (USD) Subscription period: Unlimited Any person, upon reaching the age of sixty-five (65) years, or who must retire from professional employment because of health reasons, and who has been an active member in good standing for a total of twenty-five (25) years, may apply for lifetime member status. This membership must be approved by ISHA.

SLPA Member - $90.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No automatically recurring payments A speech-language pathology assistant holding a license, certification, or registration as defined by state requirements.

Student - FREE - Variable Subscription period: 1 year, on: October 1st No automatically recurring payments Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a major emphasis in speech-language pathology, audiology, speech or hearing science, or education of the hearing impaired and shall not be gainfully employed in any of these professions except as a recipient of a scholarship or other educational stipend.
